Naked time!

After Jasper's bath every night, he gets 5-10 minutes of naked time in his crib where he screams, laughs and jumps up and down like a maniac. And beats up innocent stuffed monsters, apparently. Don't worry, this video is safe for online viewing.

Eating

In the past few weeks, Jasper has really taken to eating. He can even use a spoon, sort of. The kitchen is a huge mess after each meal.

Trip to the zoo

A couple of weeks ago, we took Jasper to the San Francisco Zoo for the first time. He didn't really notice most of the animals except for the goats. But he loved riding on the train and carousel.

Jasper at One Year

We can't believe that our little bug is one year old already! Where did the time go? He's changing so much every day - acquiring new skills quickly and becoming his own little person. Those early days where he didn't do much other than eat, sleep, burp and poop seem like a million years ago.

First Birthday Party!

We celebrated Jasper's first birthday in style with homemade cupcakes, decorations, food and presents! All of his grandparents were in attendance in addition to other family and friends. After the initial refusal, he changed his mind about the chocolate cupcake. It never stood a chance.
